Prayer Stop TV Show Objectives

When Jesus started His ministry, he read a prophecy from the Old Testament about the coming of the messiah as foretold by the prophet Isaiah. Jesus said, "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD." - Luke 4:18-19 (New King James Version) If Jesus' objectives for ministry were to preach the "Good News", to heal the broken hearted, to give sight to the blind, and to set a liberty those held captive, we thought it would be good for us to follow in his footsteps and make those our primary objectives for this new TV show. With this show, we wanted to give you something more than just mindless entertainment. We want to give sight to those who have been blinded by the ways of the world. To give hope to the hopeless and to set at liberty those who are held captive by Satan and sin.

While we believe God will use this show to win souls; when the season's over, God willing it won't just entertain people, but rather it will equip, encourage and empower Christians all around the world to suit up and show up for Jesus by implementing a Prayer Stop Evangelism Outreach in their areas. We know it's all about making disciples and a big part of that is helping Christian learn how to wisely wield God's sword of the spirit in this battle for the souls of men and woman. They are the ones God will use to win thousands to His Son Jesus. I guess you could say the "primary objective" of Season One is to honor and glorify God as we endeavor to train up the troops so they are ready for battle against the most evil enemy ever. We hope and pray this show will be a blessing to all who watch it. We pray those who put the biblical principles and training into practice we share on this show will ultimately, with time and practice will grow to be a bigger, better, stronger and more Christ centered, courageous Christian.
