Our copy written, Prayerscription Pad

This is a big part of what happens at a Prayer Stop. This is a two-part form. The top is designed for you to get their basic contact information and enter it into our Post a Prayer feature on our website. Then, their prayer will be routed out to our various Prayer Stop Counselors who will reach out to them in an effort to help meet their need. After praying with someone use the bottom portion of this form to give them your Prayerscription for their particular problem, issue, fear or concern. There are 50 prayerscriptions per pad.
